This User Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “This Agreement”) is a universal service agreement for Cocload Networks (hereinafter referred to as “This Service,” “This Platform”) for users globally, which unifies the rules and rights and responsibilities of users for providing platform services. All users globally who access, register, and use all features and services of this Platform are considered to have fully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all the binding terms of this Agreement. If users do not agree with any of the contents of this Agreement, they must immediately stop using all services of this Platform.

1. Service Overview and Effectiveness of the Condition
1.1 Description of Service Content
1.1.1
This platform provides global users with one-stop network base services such as file uploads, cloud storage, data synchronization, file downloads, resource sharing, file management, and more, while iterating new adaptive features services based on operational needs.
1.1.2
The platform reserves the right to adjust, optimize, upgrade, and suspend certain service functions without compromising the core interests of users. Service adjustments will be notified to all users through the platform‘s official announcement form.
1.2 Effectiveness of the Regulation
1.2.1
This provision applies to all official endpoints of the Cocload network, including web endpoints, client endpoints, mobile endpoints, and all derivative official services, and is equally binding to all users for registration and use.
1.2.2
This provision is a valid service agreement between the platform and the user, replacing all previous oral, informal written agreements, and is the only valid basis for judgment of liability on both sides.
2. User Account Registration and Use Specifications
2.1 Account Registration Requirements
2.1.1
When users register an account on this platform, they must ensure that the submitted registration information is authentic, valid, and complete, and that the account registration information cannot be falsified, tampered with, or misrepresented.
2.1.2
User accounts are limited to legal personal use, and illegal operations such as mass registration, malicious registration, and theft of other people‘s information registration accounts are strictly prohibited.
2.2 Account Management Responsibility
2.2.1
The user is fully responsible for the secure storage, login use, and password maintenance of the account, and is fully responsible for all operations under the account, file storage, and content sharing behavior.
2.2.2
If there are security issues such as unusual account login, theft, or information leakage, users need to immediately freeze their accounts, change their passwords, and report to the platform for help through their official contact email.
3. User File and Content Rights Specification
3.1 Content Intellectual Property Attribution
3.1.1
All files, materials, documents, multimedia content, and other private data that users voluntarily upload, create, and edit on this platform are the property of the users themselves, along with all intellectual property rights and legal interests.
3.1.2
The user grants a limited service authorization to the platform, allowing the platform to provide core services such as storage, synchronization, backup, sharing, compliance calls, and storage of the user‘s private file data. This authorization is limited to the operational use of the service.
3.2 Content Publishing Prohibition Terms
3.2.1
Users promise not to upload, store, share, or disseminate any illegal, infringing, vulgar, violent, fraudulent, public safety-dangering, or legitimate third-party interests content on the Platform.
3.2.2
Against infringing content uploaded by users, the platform has the right to directly clean up, block, remove from shelves without prior notice, and to restrict, pause, block, etc. the user‘s account according to the infringing scenario.
4. Platform Services Use Guidelines
4.1 Legal Use Obligations
4.1.1
Users promise to use this platform service in accordance with legal, compliant, well-intentioned, and reasonable principles, and will not use the web disk service to conduct illegal profiteering, cyber attacks, data theft, malicious dissemination, and other irregular and illegal acts.
4.1.2
Any infringement and destructive operations such as reverse compilation, tampering, plagiarism, batch crawling, etc., are prohibited by any user against the code of this platform program, server data, and operating architecture.
4.2 Service Usage Limits
4.2.1
Users are not allowed to maliciously occupy platform server resources, and they are not allowed to use scripts, outloads, and batch tools to retrieve storage space, download traffic, share permissions, and other platform resources.
4.2.2
Users are not allowed to make use of this platform service for hosting, transmission, dissemination of virus programs, malicious software, junk data, etc. content that harms the platform and cybersecurity.
5. Data Storage and Backup Rights and Liability Notice
5.1 Platform Storage Services Rules
5.1.1
The platform provides free and optional value-added cloud storage services for compliant users, employs encrypted storage technology to ensure the underlying security of user files, and provides users with stable data hosting services.
5.1.2
The platform will configure corresponding storage space quotas according to user account permissions, users need to use the storage service within the quota range, and excess content needs to be self-cleaned or upgraded service permissions.
5.2 Division of Data Backup Responsibility
5.2.1
The platform provides conventional cloud automated backup services, but does not promise absolutely faultless, uninterrupted backup effects, and cannot completely avoid the risk of backup anomalies caused by extreme network and device failures.
5.2.2
Users need to autonomously perform multiple local backups of important files. The platform assumes no responsibility for data loss due to users not manually backing up, actively deleting files, or turning off the backup feature.
6. Service Suspension and Account Termination Rules
6.1 User Active Termination of Service
6.1.1
Users can request to sign out their account at any time through the platform‘s official channels, actively terminating their access to all services on this platform.
6.1.2
After the account is logged out, the platform will clean up the user‘s data according to the privacy policy and international data compliance rules, and synchronously terminate all storage, synchronization, and sharing service permissions.
6.2 Passive Termination of Services by the Platform
6.2.1
The Platform has the right to unilaterally suspend, restrict or permanently lock down the user‘s account if the user has committed a serious violation of this Ordinance, used the Service in violation, or used the Platform to carry out illegal behavior.
6.2.2
After the account is terminated or blocked, the user no longer enjoys any benefits from the platform‘s services, and all losses and responsibility resulting from the user‘s non-compliance behavior are solely and independently borne by the user.
7. Problem Feedback and Customer Communication Mechanisms
7.1 Feedback channels
7.1.1
Users can submit feedback through their official dedicated email if they encounter functionality failures, account anomalies, permissions issues, compliance consultations, interest disputes, and other issues during service use.
7.1.2
The platform‘s only official communication email address is kyrinsi@elenipappakaisiaike.com, and all official service connections, problem handling, and claims are based on this channel.
7.2 Feedback Processing Specifications
7.2.1
The feedback content submitted by users must be authentic, effective, and clearly stated, prohibiting malicious screen swipes, false feedback, malicious harassment of employees, and other behaviors that disrupt the order of platform services.
7.2.2
The platform will take care of reasonable user claims within a reasonable time frame, verify them, and complete troubleshooting, benefit handling, and service optimization work based on the actual situation.
8. Regulatory Amendments and Dispute Resolution Rules
8.1 Regulation Update Revisions
8.1.1
The platform reserves the right to periodically revise and update this User Services Ordinance in accordance with international industry standards, data compliance standards, and product and service iteration requirements.
8.1.2
Updates to the Ordinance will be made public on the platform‘s official page, and will take effect immediately after publication. Users who continue to use the platform services will be considered to accept the latest version of the Ordinance content by default.
8.2 Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
8.2.1
All disputes and disputes arising due to this Ordinance and this platform service are prioritized by both parties to be properly resolved through equal and friendly negotiation.
8.2.2
Disputes that cannot be negotiated to reach an agreement will be dealt with according to the International General Business Services Practice and the Global Internet Services General Code, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
